Vitaly Paley

Russian-born chef and author Vitaly Paley earned the James Beard Award for “Best Chef: Northwest/Hawaii” in 2005 and was nominated for “Outstanding Chef” in 2012 and 2013. Paley supports several Portland-based charity events.
