Spicy Roasted Red Peppers & Bacon Dip

Ingredients:
4 cups Roasted red peppers
3 cups Bacon - cooked, finely chopped
Chili paste - to taste
Olive oil
2 - 11 oz logs of Goat cheese - softened
1 quart Sour cream
Salt & pepper - to taste
Instructions:
Puree peppers in olive oil; add bacon, chili paste, salt & pepper. Blend pepper mixture into sour cream & goat cheese; Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill well before serving.
