4 Idaho® potatoes, washed, baked, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, chopped
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and diced
2 tablespoons chives, sliced
Instructions:
In a bowl prepare the dressing by mixing the sour cream, mayonnaise, crème fraiche, basil, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, honey, whole grain mustard, ancho powder, salt and black pepper.
Fold in the potatoes, shrimp, bacon, chives & adjust seasoning to taste.
