Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:
1 gallon Black Beans (soaked)
3 large bunches cilantro
1/2 cups garlic
3 cups Fresh Tomato Salsa
1/2 cups Fresh Jalapeno chilies - sliced
Fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Puree beans in food processor; process cilantro & garlic - add to beans. Add salsa, chilies, lime juice, salt and pepper. May serve warm or cold.
