What are some lasagna recipes that use potatoes instead of pasta?

I just read that a chef made lasagna using potatoes instead of pasta, do you have any examples that I might be able to make as a unique appetizer on my menu?

Yes, My first experience with this idea was at a Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Los Angeles, but I have seen several chef recipes show off their creativity with potato lasagna.
